General Rules
- Supplies must be put into a gallon Ziplock bag.
- Kits must contain all items from the list to be counted toward your recognition level.
- Label Ziplock bag with your chapter name.
- All donations will be submitted at SLC
Recognition Levels
Chapters who donate will be recognized during our annual SLC!
Bronze: 10-49 first aid kits
Silver: 50-99 first aid kits
Gold: 100+ first aid kits
Silver: 50-99 first aid kits
Gold: 100+ first aid kits
Required Items
- Small hand sanitizer (1)
- Tampon or menstrual pads (5 total)
- Medical tape (1)
- Alcohol pads/wipe (10)
- Band-Aid brand or generic bandages (20 various sizes)
- Tourniquet (1)
- Triangular bandage (1)
- Gauze 2x2 and 4x4 (4 total)
- Gloves, non-latex, small, medium, large (2 pairs of each size)
All completed kits must be put in a gallon Ziplock bag, generic brand is okay!
