Hi Veronica and Olga, 

After proposing your visit to our department manager, we have agreed to host you on 1 date in October from 9am to 1:30pm. UC Davis School of Medicine will be able to accommodate 60 students total-this does not include staff. 

30 students and at least 2 staff - Le Grand High school - Veronica 
30 students and at least 2 staff-  Lindhurst High school- Olga (I think we discussed it was Lindhurst that will attend instead of Live Oak—Please correct me if I'm wrong)

The School of Medicine will provide a light breakfast with snacks and beverages throughout the day but will not be providing a full lunch service. If you plan to bring lunch for the students, please let me know so I can allocate time for that when making the program schedule.
