The prompt is "break the stigma" so anything about how mental health has affected you or somebody you know, or how stigma has affected you or somebody that you know are great topics to write about.

The entries can be anonymous or you can add your name. There will be 3 winners, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Each winner will receive a cash price or gift card. This contest is open to staff, students, and members of the community.

Please encourage your students to participate. Remember that this isn't only for a club, but also to promote mental health and wellness to our students, staff, and community. If you have any questions please reach out to me, I am more than happy to help.
